No animal should be treated this way. This is a very sick person to have done this to any animal, just think what he may have already done to a human. This person needs to be found before it is a small child, an elderly person or an adult. This person is sick, protect your city and your people.

Chief of Police George Turner PLEASE investigate to find out who tortured this 3 month old puppy named Caleb. He is a MONSTER for what he did!!!! Punish him to the max!!!! Think about the pain this poor puppy went through. An innocent animal of God.

This totally breaks my heart for poor Caleb. I can't even began to wrap my mind around such a horrific crime. This person or persons needs to to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and then some. Thank goodness this poor little guy is no longer suffering. This not only disgusts me, it totally angers me . This person/ person's are very sick.
