The video made me cry so hard. That baby was in so much pain. I was praying that he'd pull through this but he's in heaven and no more pain. These monsters need stopped and harsh punishments. If they do this to this poor puppy then a child could be next!!!!!!

I hope this person suffers a long painful death. He needs to be caught quickly because he is going to do it again. A sick monster is on the loose.
