I would like the person who did these horrific acts to this defenseless animal investigated, interrogated and arrested for causing great harm to this animal. He should be charged with these crimes and brought before a bury of his peers for trail.

Someone must stop this animal cruelty. Until consequences are more than a slap on the wrist, it will continue. Should be the same consequence as abusing a human being.
