Studies have shown that most, if not all, serial killers began by torturing, mutilating and murdering animals. That, in and of itself, should be more than enough motivation to cause law enforcement agencies to pursue this case and see justice served, if not for Caleb, then for the human being who could be the next victim. This type of atrocity should never be tolerated in this country, and those who perpetuate it most surely need to be hunted down, brought to justice, and prosecuted to the full extent of the law .
