That was a horrific criminal animal abuse! That criminal abuser will surely abuse and torture other animals and may do the same to humans! Animal abusers are five times as likely to abuse other people, esp. little kids and the elderly. That criminal must be arrested and prosecuted so he cannot torture other animals and possibly people who cannot defend themselves!
