Horrific. This kind of abuse cannot be tolerated ever again! This is so sad, so sick, our world needs to look at our behavior, how this can happen, what abuse did someone endure themselves, to pass along to a poor innocent puppy. Our laws to protects innocent animals need to keep them safe. Please sign this petition.

I support your cause. The video of that poor dog crying horrified me. Anyone who could do this to a poor dog has no soul and could easily do this to a child...anything smaller than him because he's a cowardly bully.
