We have to get the person/persons off the street before they do this again. No child or animal is safe in that area as long as this sick twist/twists are walking around free.

Caleb deserved a life far far better than this. Animals are God's creatures; whoever is evil enough to torture them does not deserve to live on this earth. God will punish those who choose to ruin the lives of sweet innocent creatures who cannot defend themselves.
