I simply cannot understand how anyone could treat an animal - and even more so, a baby animal - so horribly. It's beyond comprehension! Since I live in PA, I have no idea who did this... but if I were ever to see an animal being abused in ANY way, I would report them to the police immediately... and if the cops refused to act, I'd call in the media! I sincerely hope someone turns in the disgusting maggot who hurt this poor pup so horribly. Whoever it is, no punishment that is levied under our current laws will be sufficient. Frankly, there are some "people" (in quotes because no true human could do this) in this world for whom the old "eye for an eye" type of punishment is the ONLY appropriate way to make them pay for their horrid crimes. This is one such case!

Please bring this monster to justice.
