Allow us to place a memorial bench on City or County Property in memory of Caleb the neglected puppy

This is horrifying. And criminal. Investigate, arrest, prosecute and put this monster behind bars where they belong.

One box of tissues was not enough for all the tears that story brought.

Make abuse against animals a felony punishable with a prison sentence. Stop this abuse!!!

I really hope that the sadistic bastard who did this to this poor, beautiful creature is brought to justice. And I pray that Caleb finds a loving, forever home where he can heal and thrive xx

My heart bleeds while realising that this is a reality. Little Caleb, I pray for your wellness and life, you sweet innocent being. The one behind all of this insanity and cruelty needs to be put away. They deserve the worst.

If you can do this to an innocent animal, then you could do this to an innocent person. This monster needs to be found and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and then some.

Please make crimes against animals a felony with prison sentences.

If I find the people who did this I'm gonna kick their ass

Poor little guy. The sick bastard that did this should have the same thing done to them. My thoughts and prayers for this beautiful baby.

This was so disgusting and this is not an isolated incident. We need to designate pets as sentient beings instead of property so that these "people" will be harshly punished!

We can't ignore this cruelty. This person will act again and his next victim could be a child.

Help stop Caleb's abuser do this again to another puppy. PLEASE SIGN this petition. Thank you so much.

This poor baby deserves justice! Whoever did this deserves the most severe punishment and is obviously a danger to other animals and people.

This is absolutely disgusting and I think they deserve the same torture

Please get justice for Caleb. Do not let his little life be in vain. He deserves justice and the minster that did this to him must be found and punished

So disturbing. My heart is broken.

prosecute to the fullest extent you can, this baby did not have a chance

Whoever did this to this poor puppy needs to be locked up to protect other innocent animals, children and the public.

Any person that would do this is worse than any animal and needs to be found and executed

This makes me sick!! If we had stricter laws against animal abuse at least these monsters would have to pay for the horrific things they've done!
