Please find out who did this to Little Caleb. I feel as though my heart has been ripped out of my chest....this poor soul suffered so much in his short life. The person that did this is so demented and if not found, he will do this to a child as the thrill of abusing an innocent animal will no longer be a thrill for him. This person has no soul and does not belong on the streets or even as part of this world!!!

Please PLEASE find this psycho and put him away. No one who would torture an innocent little puppy should be allowed to walk freely among us. Who's going to be his next victim to torture and abuse? Next time the dog, human, or other species will be dead. I'm please do the right thing. This baby deserves justice because he MATTERS
