What a shame, we have a 3 month old Black Lab what a great girl she is.

The cruelty this puppy endured is incomprehensible. The individual found guilty should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This behavior is sadistic and so extreme I terrifies me because this may likely happen again.
