Chief George Turner, please seek the most severe punishment for whoever did this to this precious puppy Caleb. There is no mercy for those who commit such acts on poor defenseless creatures. This baby was tortured beyond measure and I ask you sir to please find this person and put an end to misery for any other pets or persons that come in contact with this monster.
