This is horrible, I am in shock and heart broken for this poor, innocent baby. I pray they find the person that did this, they are evil, sick, demented and need to be put away for life. If this person will do this to a defenseless puppy I can even imagine what they would do to a child. Lord please help the authorities find this evil person.
