Your Excellency, PRIME MINISTER OF REPUBLIC OF INDIA- Dr.MANMOHAN SINGH JI. Sir, this petition is addressed to you, to take serious note of inefficiency on part of law enforcing agencies,particular CBI & Noida Police, unable to book culprits in AARUSHI TALWAR MURDER CASE. AARUSHI TALWAR,aged 14 was brutually murdered on 15 May,2008 in her home at Noida.Though, it appears to be simple case of murder but due to unprofessional & inefficient Police approach, this case is unsolved from 3 yrs.Later this case was handed over to CBI,but even they were unable to crack the case and behaved irresponsibly,leading to no result,thus proving the condition of our Justice System.
Sir, we are proud citizens of great nation,India -the largest democratic country in world.Our culture and tradition believe in equality and justice.We are proud to have world's best economist as our PRIME MINISTER, a role model for young generation.We want to take part in growth of our country,but growth has certain obstacles, corruption and bureaucracy being the biggest.This in turn influences the justice system of our country.This is biggest drawback as justice is related to the Common Man. But looking at our judiciary system &their unprofessional way of handling cases ,we have started losing faith in whole judiciary system, which either don't take cases seriously & if taken by the intervention of media,the process is very very slow. Honorable Prime MInister ,we grew as childrens by watching all this.The case of JESSICA LAL is an example. We want major changes in the attitudes of police & judiciary in general. We want to see our country at the top.But unfortunately we are lagging in Judiciary System.When we thought about these type of cases,we feel very sad & disappointing.
Honestly honorable Prime MInister ,we are not happy with the pace of progress in case. We all,youths of this country wants justice for her as soon as possible. We stand by her for her justice,as every Indian feels connected to AARUSHI TALWAR. By doing this,we are trying to prevent such incidents to occur again & save more precious lives of many girls,who are just like AARUSHI. WE WANT BETTER & SAFE INDIA FOR OUR GENERATIONS TO COME. WE HOPE OUR HONORABLE NEWLY RE-ELECTED PRIME MINSITER & RENOWED WORLD ECONOMIST WILL ADDRESSED THIS ISSUE & HELP AARUSHI IN HER JUSTICE.

The incompetence is staggering. Fix the system. We want answers now.
Its been so long and still no answers. The investigation was a total joke from day one. Someone needs to be held accountable for this mess.
Heartbreaking. Any mother would be devastated. How can they just let the real killers walk free? Useless police.
SHAME ON CBI. They destroyed the evidence and ruined the case. Aarushi deserves justice.
Unbelievable that a 14 year old girl died in her own home and nobody is caught. What is the point of having a police force if they cant solve this?
