Sure accidents do happen but at the end of the day this woman broke the law and Jose's life was taken in exchange for this womans need for speed. She admitted that she was driving 35-40 mph in a school zone while dropping off her own child. She not only took Jose's life but put the life of her own child in jepordy. She should not have been going that rate of speed in the first place let alone in a turning lane.
We are all responsible for our actions and she took the life of this young man because she was in a hurry...
