Like the situation in NC, where at the home of a former social worker and her companion, their foster son was tied to the front porch with a dead chicken around his neck. The social worker got only 17 months jail time, and since she has served over a year in jail, she will be released soon. The boyfriend got about 6 years. Abusing a child in any fashion, is cause for a very long prison stay, or to be treated in the same fashion. Personally, I'd like to see this PP with the parents' hands around her throat and being shaken until her teeth rattle! And then shoved to the ground...of the prison! The DA must subpoena the video, and press charges. It's up to the parents to file charges, whether there was injury or not! It is time to prosecute these evil people, and to STOP acting as if special needs children are not worthy!

This is so dangerous, she could go on to harm other children. My grandson has DS and I know children can be difficult at times, this woman should be prosecuted and banned from working with children.

I'm a Parent of a beautiful DS daughter , god forbid this should happen to us I would likely end up in jail..... If feel for the young man and his family and hope the the parents fight back!!!!

I want justice for William send this to a Grand Jury. William deserves to be protect. The person who did this to him needs to be punished and never allowed to ever work with a child ever again.
