She should be arrested & charged - how dare she treat this poor child like this - as a mother of a 7 yr old DS boy I would not accept this and fight for justice - i hope the justice dept see a need to change their decision -

Charges should be brought against anyone who commits a crime against a vulnerable person, be it child or adult.. It's disgraceful if this person is allowed to get away with this offence!

name and shame this person. they should never work with children or vulnerable adults again. Even if there was no injury that sort of behaviour is not acceptable.
