What kind of school refuses to show proof that could keep a monster like that away from children. Perhaps they should be shut dow as well. Don't wanna protect your students? Send the kids to a school who will do their job.

Despicable that charges are not being filed. This young man really needs others to look out for him not to treat him this way.
