No criminal charges??? That was an assualt on a child!! So no sign of injury, can you see into this child's mind and say there is no injury... the fear, anxiety, confusion and lasting memory is injury in itself!!

Kids that are born with Down syndrome deserve the same kind of treatment that any other child gets. They're human too and they've done nothing to be treated so horribly.

This is unacceptable. The aid should be punished with more than just leaving her job. She'll do this again to another innocent child. We need to be the voice for those who cannot stand up for themselves. Otherwise we are all just as guilty.

This is unacceptable. This child deserves better! Who's to say she wouldn't do it again to someone in her personal life. I strongly urge those with the power to act! You protect this country and it's citizens from people who have done less than this, why is she any different? This is child abuse and it should not and WILL not be tolerated by myself or anyone in my household. I send all my love and prayers to William and his family during this stressing time.
