so many failures by those who ought to know better. I'm sick of allowing criminals to walk because their victims are unable to express their pain in a very specific way. absolutely disgraceful.

It is a shame that not only did the police not press charges against the aide. But, that the school isn't being punished for not reporting this immediately and keeping this from the parents. The child is non verbal, how is he supposed to inform anyone if he is in pain or hurt? How is he to complain? This is just wrong on so many levels. I am very disappointed in our justice system and in that school.
