If a video is not proof what is. Ridiculous. No adult no matter what the circumstance should grab a child by the neck.

This has been my worst fear for my brother. It is utterly horrifying to put your loved one in the hands of an abuser and criminal, and on top of everything not be able to seek justice on their behalf. I am utterly shocked and hurt, but I pledge here that I will help bring justice for William and his family. My thoughts, prayers and love go to you William and your amazing family. We are all here behind you. We are your family. And we will fight!

It is utterly horrifying to put your loved one in the hands of an abuser and criminal, and on top of everything not be able to seek justice on their behalf. I am utterly shocked and hurt, but I pledge here that I will help bring justice for William and his family. My thoughts, prayers and love go to you William and your amazing family. Disgraceful how dare you we as parents have been trying so hard to let people see that people with DS are just like you and me? you have now sent all this work back to the dark ages by letting this thug get away with this crime? Looks to me you class people with DS a second class citizen. ..how dare you hang your heads in shame!!

This is not right my son has down syndrome and this happend to him when he was in a day care center and she had no experience in working with children. This is awful more than awful Something needs to be done about this. Teachers should not be have their hands around the child's throats. These children need love and patience. I will be praying that God will be protecting this child and something be done about this teacher.

No sign of injury?? Is that a joke? Just because he is non-verbal doesn't mean he isn't suffering. What about emotional abuse. This child is now scarred for life!
