The prosecutor is an employee of the people who have the responsibility to make sure this individual does due diligence in prosecuting the abuser of this innocent child.

I have a daughter who is down syndrome and I would flip out if I found out someone did something like this to my child. I would probably be in jail too cause I would beat the hell out of anyone who would lay a hand on someone who can not defend themselves. I would also go after the school for not notifying me when it had happened.

Someone employed and entrusted to protect this boy, abused him and they deserve to get be punished by the full extent of the law. He has enough struggles without having to worry whether his protectors are wolves in sheeps clothing.
