as a parent of two children, one with DS, I would be out for blood if this happened to either of my kids....or anyone's child for that matter. Charges should be laid immediately!!

Harris County District Attorney has decided not to press criminal charges due to no sign of injury! You should be ashamed of yourself, you have the surveillance camera...do the right thing!

I have a down syndrome son. she needs be prosicuted to the fullest. may God bless the family in seeing justice gets served I protect my son with my all an if law don't help let concerned citizens help there should be no crime if u r pttecting a special needs person.
