This is horrible!! The aide should definitely have been charged and the school district should be volunteering that video!! Aren't these people supposed to be mandated reporters in order to protect children? I cannot believe they would resist and allow this person the opportunity to hurt another child!!

My son has Down syndrome and I fully expect to deal with something like this. Prosecute the abuser/criminal and let this story ring out as a warning to all school employees prone to violence.
