This boy should be loved and cared for not attacked. Shame on the DA and the school district for not pressing charges against the attacker. These people are paid good money to protect ALL children.

I have a 4 yr in PPCD classes and everyday I worry about him and bullies at school. But to have the person who is suppose to help him be abusive towards him is just unspeakable!

they don't need complainant body injury. They have the video to proof that he was attacked. On top of all of that the attacker is still working with children. What are we waiting for, for the attacker to kill someone and then take action.

Please press charges...special needs children are our children and they count in society. This person would have been prosecuted if this was a "regular" child. Rules go for all not just some.
