It is horrible that an elected official cannot see that video evidence is proof of a crime. Present the evidence at had to a grand jury and let them decide. A DA is an elected official chosen by the people it represents. A DA job is not guaranteed a job, as a voter I find it reprehensible that the DA does not move forward to protect a person they are obligated to protect.

absolutely unacceptable, my son son has DS and all process differently. By what I am reading, this aide has done this before to him and I am sure to other children.

again, uncaring law enforcement official - the DA - not seeing this as a case to prosecute because the DA is seeing William as "less than." surely , upon viewing the violence of the tape these officials CAN CLEARLY SEE not only the physical harm done to the child, but also the everlasting psychological damage and trauma. the reasoning that William cannot speak to his injuries is a crock of crap.
