There doesn't need to be visible evidence of bodily injury for the injury to have occurred. The victim doesn't need to be able to talk for a defendant to be required to defend themselves. This DA must not be up for re-election soon, to be so careless of his/her reputation for injustice. I pity the next victim of this school aide; it could have been stopped here.

Why would you protect a person like that ? Thank GOD he was not hurt too bad, but if I"m reading this right she would've had to HURT THIS CHILD BAD in order for her to get in trouble? I think she needs to be arrested n this needs to be on record so she can NEVER WORK WITH CHILDREN AGAIN. THE NEXT CHILD MIGHT NOT BE SO LUCKY N THATS ON YOU !!!

No signs of injury?? What about teh emotional scars of having a person in authority beat the hell out of you. Being fired is not enough punishment. If they wont allow criminal charges I hope ther eis one BIG civil suit. Barbarians like this only understand the loss money sometimes. Obviously this is a school district that is screaming for more profesionall staff education.

Shame on this aide and shame on the school district for waiting 8 days until any injuries could heal before even mentioning it to the parents. No person deserves to be abused like this, especially not a defenseness child.

All innocent children including William desrve to be protected and when that is broken they deserve to have justice! William was hurt by one of the people who was in charge of taking care of him and it is absolutely ridiculous that the DA is saying there is nothing that can be done. We will keep fighting until he has his justice because this person deserves to be punished for what they did.#JusticeForWilliam
