This matter demands special consideration for two reasons: William was and will continue to be unable to describe an attack by a caregiver so that harm could be assessed 2. the unacceptable delay in action by the school.

This is just awful! Someone laid a hand on this child and this is not a criminal offense. I never heard of such a thing. My heart goes out to this child and his family.

This is disgusting. This person should be charged and should never be allowed to work with children again. The school also needs to be investigated for covering this up.
