regardless of visible injury the poor boy was atacked and being mostly non verbal cant say how it has affected him mentally and emotionally. the person that did this should be band from working with children with or without disability and vulnerable adults. she should be locked up

So we can all go around choking people, shaking them and throwing them to the ground - so long as we don't leave visible marks? Unbelievable! Let's give a moments thoughts to his emotional state shall we? I am sure there are some "marks" there now.
