I am so sad and disturb about this. Children are innocent but special Down syndrome. How it it that this person is not charge with child abuse? Why the police and parent were not call immediately?I am crying

District Attorney clearly took an easy way out. Let the story be told and the decision be made by a jury with no political ambitions.
