This is disgusting! As a mother with a nonverbal 3 year old with Ds I can't believe this happened. Justice needs to be served to this woman. Without charges, she is free to gain employment somewhere else and do it again!!!

If this type of behavior had been done by the parents and caught on video tape, you can bet those parents would be in jail, named and shamed in the media. Instead, this paraprofessional was only fired. I am absolutely disgusted by the DA's refusal to press charges against this person.

This is an outrage. I would think that the family and the school administration would wish to press charges so that another child is not hurt by this person.
