How can this not be a crime?! If a mother was caught in surveillance doing this regardless of bodily harm, she would be charged with child abuse! Better yet, if it were done to a dog there are laws against that!! This was a helpless child that she did this to. And because henismnon verbal you have no idea the emotional scar it has probably left on him. I bet if it were the principles child, there would charges. This is despicable and unacceptable

Put all the evidence in front of the court and let them decide whether or not a trial is warranted. Why wasn't this done in the first place?

This is so sad. Thank goodness the woman was caught but no we have to keep her out of school to prevent this from happening to another child

Teacher should serve time for this. No child should be subjected to this. Also to shake someone can cause brain injury. Poor little boy. :(

I have worked with special needs kids. They are all awesome individuals. How dare someone take advantage or abuse one. That woman should do time. No Ifs Ands or Buts....
