I hope the 8 year old an his family can find peace in this matter. i also, have a handicap brother an had this similar thing happen to him excpet it was through bona vista . !

It is shocking that an adult, in a position of authority over specisl needs children could flagrantly abuse a child. Even more shocking is that the school district won't allow the parent's attorney or CPS see the video. William deserves to be treated respectfully.
