William and his family deserve a day in court! By not pressing criminal charges, the DA is saying it is ok to abuse children. And even worse, saying its ok to abuse those with special needs.

WTF! Why can't the parents press charges? Obviously they have a witness and proof from a video. I would hope and think that this person loses the license!
