This is sickening. As someone who is going to college to be a Special Education teacher, I would do anything to ensure this sweet boy won't have to be afraid of his aides anymore.

this is inexcusable! what kind of message are they trying to send. i would take my kid out of that school system...better leadership is needed!

This must be investigated - it is outrageous that an adult in a position of trust can get away with abusing a vulnerable child!!!

She should be held accountable for bullying special needs child. Jail, community service, fines. This will set an example that the state \ county \ schools won't tolerate this type of abuse to an innocent child.

If this had been your two chromosome child, would you still not prosecute?. I'm sure if a parent did this to their child CPS would be invvolved. Just be sure that if this ever happens to my son there will be a prosecution!
