Utterly disgusted by this post. That worker needs charged with Child abuse and the school should be sued for neglect for not reporting this immediately.

This is horrible. My daughter has DS and is 8. NO child should have to go through this especially if they can not speak for themselves. The adults involved should stand up and speak for him.

Hurting those who are placed in your care due to their limited ability, or full inability, to care and protect themselves is the lowest form of low. A child was injured and information was not relayed in a timely manner. Those who perpmust be brought to trial

the police should get a warrant for the tape. plus, there are witnesses. I think a civil suit should happen.
