How appalling! This behavior is unacceptable. Just because there was no sign of injury doesn't mean there wasn't any! The aide needs to be punished. Since treating the aide the way she treated this child is illegal the aide needs to be held accountable in front of a jury of her peers, after they've seen the video of what she did.

this is an outrage! How dare this women be allowed to continue to work with children! I demand that the district attorney require the school to release the surveillance video!

The video should be made available as evidence. A person who would put their hands on a child in the manner should not be permitted to work with them.

Who knows the emotional damage done to this lil fella from someone he trusted.... Or should have been able to trust..... Absolutely she needs prosecuting.... If not she'll go to work somewhere else and do it to another child.
