How can they NOT press charges??? What is the issue? I don't understand what the issue is, if it is on video showing what she did to this precious child. Come on D.A., do the right thing and press charges against the staff for not reporting this attack. Hold all who is responsible for this child accountable, along with the person who attacked him. they are all accountable.

my son is 5, also with DS. Knowing Texans Im surprised this aid is still alive. School district you either protect our kids or parents will provide it for our kids.
