He needs is all to be his voice. With video evidence what more is needed? The SBISD Superintendent should be getting letters or emails about this school and their actions or lach thereof.

Children with Down syndrome are not separate from typically developing kids, they are equal, and should be treated as such! Authorities would NEVER look the other way if this happened to someone else. This is unacceptable!
