This little girl's death and the resulting bail, and soft sentencing of her killer is such a travesty of justice. Is a child's life taken really only worth 7 years imprisonment? Manslaughter only for this crime that should have been 2nd degree murder?

no body should get a chance to walk again in society if they harm a innocent child or anyone. That child didnt ask for it at all they cant defend for themselves this a senseless act and as a mother this bothers me that a child had to go through this from the hands of there parent who should be there to protect them not harm them.

To the Judge: I would like you remind you of your duty to protect the most vulnerable. This child was not protected by our failing system. As a man with legal experience I cannot sanction 5000 bail for a man who beat and killed such a young and innocent child. The family deserve both morally and legally reparations and most importantly to ensure that the monster who did this can no longer harm anyone else least of all any more children. I understand the cost involved in jailing someone however a man who is willing to do this to a child clearly needs to stay in jail. Allow your better judgement and morals and love for your family to help you in making the right decision.
