They deserve justice and the public deserves to see how the facts play out. We have open courts for a reason.

The family member of Charles Vallow, Tammy Daybell, Tylee and JJ Vallow deserve Justice. The public has a right to see how thier tax dollars are spent.
Cameras and microphones absolutely should be able to be in the Courtroom.
I do NOT think the media should be able to profit off of any case, but in this case all media outlets were respectful and reported without extremism. Court TV is to blame for this mess, and they should be banned from the Court Room, and never be allowed to be the media pool. They make a ton of money off this case by selling it to others who exploit the case, like Entertainment Live, and its so wrong. Its an easy fix. Let East Idaho News be the pool cameras for the all hearings and the entire trial. They are fair and professional.

THE VICTIMS FAMILIES need JUSTICE! Not all of them can attend in person and this allows them to see the proceedings. The friends, family and supportive fellow humans around the world would like to see the Court show continued Fairness and Transparency! I don't feel that the media has crossed any lines. They report and film what they have permission to, in my opinion. The public has a right to see that the court proceedings are being done fairly and lawfully. Court hearings held behind closed doors seems wrong and secretive, in my opinion. The jurors will not be prejudiced by the EVIDENCE. We have heard that Hearsay is not relevant, only the evidence is! EVIDENCE, that is what the Jurors use to make the final decision. To me that is more important, then any embarrassment a defendant might feel. I don't believe that would have any influence on their decision. If we cannot have faith in those appointed to the role of overseeing Justice then that is very troubling indeed! Praying for Justice and the appropriate sentence.

The objective should be justice for the VICTIMS & their families & friends who are also victims. Judge Boyce said his objective is a “fair trial for the defendants.” How will they NOT receive fair trial if this Idaho judge abides by Idaho law???
So far, the circus has been all the motions & hearings & trials & more motions… NOT the media!!!!
This has nothing to do with the Mormon secrecy to which you are accustomed. Stop “sealing” public record information! Open up the trials before it gets into a discriminatory issue vs. a fair trial one. People have rights. Chad Daybell & Lori Vallow gave up their rights the day they started conspiring to “kill zombies,” actually the day the ridiculous light/ dark chart was created.
Get over the media hype & “sensationalism!” It’s not the biggest case ever, but I understand it’s probably the biggest for this small court system.

Please let us see justice for the victims, I'm sure the defense attorneys for Lori are embarrassed that their client shows no remorse but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't see justice.

There is something hinky with all the secrecy. I believe a defence attorney said the secrecy will be an appellant issue and grounds for appeal.

Please allow cameras in the courtroom. This ensures we get accurate information about the trial and not just opinion. Thank you for taking this into consideration.

If the court is open to the public, then it needs to be open to ALL of the public. Those in court shouldn’t have the ability to shield themselves from the public eye when they are being tried in a court of law. If you’re going to play stupid games, you win stupid prizes. Your case being live to the public, for those unable to be physically in the courtroom, is your stupid prize - if you don’t want the public to know about you, then don’t play stupid games.

Cameras are now a fact in most facets of our lives. Belief in our institutions is at an all time low. It is time for the Courts to be transparent.
