We, the people, have a right to know what is going on in a public court room. Let us see the good, the bad, and the ugly.

The people have the right to hear and see this trial. Camera’s should be allowed for the transparency that nothing shady is going on!!!!

Transparency is always best. Look at the Depp vs Heard case.

Allowing a camera would extend the first amendment right to the loved ones of the victims in this case. Additionally, it would protect the courts integrity by showing transparency, educating the public about the courts processes, and it would guarantee a fair trial to the defendant. It is known that one of the reasons a closure is asked for is because the legal teams believe this leads to a better outcome for their client. Seeing how the public is not the jury, there is no valid reason to believe this theory and every reason to believe camera's in the courtroom would preserve that preponderance of bias. Thank you.

1) Public interest isn't going away
2) Too much in this case has been kept secret, excluding medical and personal information
3) I am losing faith in the justice system in Idaho due to all the secrecy
4) Once a jury is seated, cameras will keep all players on their best behavior
5) The public has a right to see what is going on in the courtroom
6) All the living victims can not make it to court every day - they should be able to watch without traveling to Idaho
7) The media followed the rules.

There has to be a way to control the camera and still allow the public to hear and possibly see this trial. There has already been so much secrecy that it appears there is something to hide and it needs to be open.

There is absolutely NO good reason cameras shouldn’t be allowed. Stop giving perpetrators more rights than victims! If “they” are so innocent of the crimes they are accused of, they shouldn’t have any problem letting the world see what goes on.

This case is conspiracies and cults. There are already rumors about LDS intervention. The TRUTH protects it happening again.
