to change the laws for abused children and the children and youth laws so when they go in the home they have more rights to do what needs to be done

Updates

April 1, 2012

I have been up all night reading the stories you all are leaving in the comments and it is just honestly so much to process because these kids deserve better than the system we have right now. It feels like I am shouting into a void sometimes but then I see another person sign and I know the message is traveling further than my own reach.

April 1, 2012

I really thought this might just disappear into the void but looking at how many people are actually stopping to pay attention makes me feel like maybe things can finally shift. It is honestly overwhelming to see so much energy behind this because for a while I felt like I was shouting at a brick wall and now it feels like people are actually listening to what happened to Trenton.

Heartbreaking. Those poor kids are trapped in these homes and the system just ignores them. Something has to change now.

About time we actually protect the victims instead of the system. Trenton deserved better than this.

My heart goes out to his family. We cant keep letting social services pass the buck while children are dying.

This whole thing makes me sick. How many more kids have to suffer before the laws actually catch up?? fix it!!!

The system failed him. Totally failed him. Laws need a complete overhaul to put the kids first.
