First of all i would say that the Government and the superior authority should ensure the enforcement of law ,they are liable and it's their job.
In 1971, the women got raped and now in 2016 the same incident is happening.
So what's changed????
And please don't say about the ratio that how the Government decreases this kind of incident because we don't wanna see ratio, we just want to see us to be secured.
If doesn't take any serious step against this inhuman incident that we are seeing everyday in news then the big question mark will goes for the governing body...
bcz people's ,specially the security of women is a major issue.
Don't take it lightly...
My humble request that plzzz don't take it lightly&
for ALLAHS sake save those GIRL who's gonna next victim........:(
