I wish that the rapist(s) & killer(s) would have been brought to justice. The perpetrators always enjoy impunity because of their power lies with that they hails from the so-called elite class i.e. the rich and political hoodlums. The personnel liable for the law enforcing are also corrupt and the criminals get rid out their grips as they commit the crimes in connivance with the administration. We want exempalary punishment of the rapist(s) and killer(s) of victim Tonu. We want justice, establish humanity, peace & harmony.
