The rape and murder of Tanu reflect the insecurity and injustice that are occurring randomly to girls and women in our society. Parents are in panic . Law enforcement is not effective. State is not feeling concern !! A section of youths are taking privilege !! It is one of expressions of the social decay. There are many other signs of major social decay in our country. A massive social thrust is needed to change the situation now or it will be too late to save your daughters, sisters or wives.
