If law and order does not do anything against this brutal action, no woman will be able to educate, work, earn on their own safely...i feel scared all the time now no matter what i go out or stay at home... is that even a humanly live...is that the reason why our parents brought us in this world... to be a rape victim or be afraid every single moment....??? if this case also goes unnoticed, rapists will be more fearless....
