Todd Dean was arrested by The Barnett street police, for possession of a spliff. Upon him being processes for his bail, it is alleged that he passed a remark stating that he did not like the police. The female office that was processing him, upon hearing his remark it is alleged that she stopped the processig and informed his friend that came to bail him that she would be holding him for another two (2) hours, so he should come back then. Bare in mind that the friend Had all the necessary documents. Upon returning early to see his friend he was informed that Mr. Dean was taken to the Cornwall Regional hospital with injuries that he sustained during a brawl with fellow in mates. Upon reaching the hospital Mr. Deans friend was given another story by the doctors, stating that the police officer(s) said that Mr. Dean fell off of a bunk bed. Now tell me this people are we to believe that Mr. Dean sustained multiple bruises, brain injuries and was put in a comma from just falling from a bunk bed, I fell off of a bunk bed and am sure I didn't reach in the hospital much less to be in a coma. And even If he was beaten by other inmates, how did he sustain such detrimental injuries, my question is where we're the police officers when he was being beaten, why did they wait until he was unconscious to intervene??? Something just does not add up.
