From what I can tell Ryan Kelley is the only one being a good parent!!!!!!! Send those poor babies awY from the abuse at home and put them with their own Dad that loves them and cherishes them daily!!!!!

This family court system was designed to protect children from unfit parents or parent and to also make sure any parent that willingly walks out s childs life is paying to help care for their child. The family court system is corrupt. No man or woman should be stripped of their rights to parent their child cause of a divorce or break up and accusations based off of no proof. This family that this petition is for has no reason for the courts to step in and make decisions. This is wrong and mock my words. The end of this corrupt family court will come to an end it will be exposed and we will pervail.

It is my opinion the fathers are very important in the development of their children. Having a presumption for equal 50-50 shared parenting should be the standard when walking into the courtroom. Currently many courtrooms go with status quo and not should not be the case because both parents are equally important to their children. I would request to review all the facts of the case and start from the presumption of 50/50 shared parenting when making a decision in this case. Thank you for considering this petition.

Parents shouldn't have to fight for time with their children through the courts constantly paying just to get that time, both parents need to be part of their children's lives as long as they are not deemed unfit.

I am a Father going through hard times and I too had take care my Children fornyeara because the biological mother abandoned them. I think that the parent who never abandoned their children should have full legal custody for life.
