I give my support to charge the man responsible for the death of Kenny Fisher, accordingly for involuntary manslaughter. The man , Charlie, also nearly beat a elderly to death 3 years ago and had a light convuction, assult. CHARLI has a violent history. Killing is not assult, it's manslaughter
